SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a bitter liqueur containing components taken in the following their content per 1000 dal of ready product: color, 3.5-4.5 kg; sea-buckthorn fruit juice of the first and the second discharge, 205.5-206.5 l; mountain-ash fruit juice of the first and the second discharge, 2305-231.5 l; Saint-John's-wort aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second discharge 14.5-15.5 l; sweet clover aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second discharge, 15.5-16.5 l; ginger aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second discharge, 8.0-9.0 l; tormentil aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second discharge, 14.5-15.5 l; cardamom aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second discharge, 8.0-9.0 l; peppermint aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the first and the second discharge, 10.0-11.0 l; sugar syrup of the concentration 65.8%, 172.0-173.0 l; mono-malt whiskey of 12-old seasoning, 2.5-3.5 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value of liqueur 40%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product, tasting score is 9.70. Liqueur shows amber color, spicy, slightly hot taste, complex and specific aroma with light tint of prune in aroma and taste.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of liqueur.
