FIELD: determination of concentration of benazepryl hydrochloride.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in electrochemical concentration of benazepryl hydrochloride in surface of gold electrode for 210 s at electrolyte potential of (-1, 3) V in 0.005-mole/l of disubstituted ammonium phosphate solution followed by voltammeter recording of curves at SC scanning of potential at rate of 50 mV/s; concentration of benazepryl hydrochloride is determined by height of peak within potential range of 0.2-0.8 V relative to silver chloride electrode.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and rapidness of inversion voltamperometry method.
