FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves concentrating substance on graphite working electrode under electrolysis potential of 1.0 V during 270 s. Polarization curves are recorded under differentiated constant-current potential unrolling mode at a rate of 70 mV/s. Sodium phosinopril concentration is determined from peak height in potential range of 0.4 to 0.9 V with chlorosilver electrode taken as reference electrode on the background of 0.01 mole/l potassium nitrate solution.
EFFECT: improved sensitivity and rapid analysis performance characteristics.
