FIELD: analytical chemistry, detection of medicinal preparation of cardyl. SUBSTANCE: inversion/volt-amperometric method of detection of cardyl ( CIS + 5- (2-dimethylaminoethyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrohydro-2-(4-metoxofenyl)-40oxo-1.5-benzoacepin-3- ilacetate-hydrochloride ) consists in electrochemical concentration of substance on surface of electrode with subsequent recording of volt-ampere curves. Substance is concentrated on glass-carbon electrode in the course of 30 s (τ) with potential (÷) 0.10-0.20 B against background of 0.04M buffer Britton-Robinson solution with pH=7.0-8.0 with subsequent recording of anode volt-ampere curves at potential sweep speed of 20 mV/s. Concentration of cardyl is found by height of half-wave in potential range from 0.70 to 0.75 V with reference to chlorine-silver electrode.
