FIELD: microbiology, medicine, food processing industry, mixed feed production, in particular yeast culture autolysis.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes yeast culture autolysis by step-by-step heating followed by sterilization of obtained autolysate. In the first step yeast culture is homogeneously heated up to 32-38°C for 0.5-1 h and held for 1.5-2 h with simultaneous air feeding in amount of 0.8-0.9 l/l of medium per minute. In the second stage product is homogeneously heated up to 53-56°C for 0.5-1 h and held for 8-10 h. Then autolysate is sterilized at 120-125°C for 35-40 s and used as protein-and-vitamin additive. Method of present invention makes it possible reduce process endurance up to 11.5-14.5 hours.
EFFECT: process of decreased cost and improved effectiveness; environmentally friendly product of increased digestibility.
