FIELD: animal farming, in particular, production of feed additive.
SUBSTANCE: method involves processing milk whey through fermentolysis process performed with the use of native enzymes released by yeast cultures which are fed in the ratio of 0.5-1.0% by weight of dry substances of milk whey for producing of suspension comprising up to 4 wt% of glucose-galatose component; obtaining yeast autolisate; mixing yeast autolisate and suspension comprising glucose-galatose component in the ratio, wt%: yeast autolisate 70-80%; suspension with glucose-galatose component 20-30%.
EFFECT: provision for producing of feed additive comprising valuable basic autolisate components, in particular, indispensable amino acids and vitamins, and substantially reduced production costs.
