SUBSTANCE: probability of allergic inflammatory reaction is first estimated by taking scraping from mucosa in the point of anticipated contact with denture. When leucocytosis up to 100 and Muller trychomonal infection are revealed, use of dentures with deposited titanium nitride are contra-indicated; when Candidas, eosinophils up to 6%, and foreign bodies resolution cells are revealed, dentures with plastic envelops are regarded contra-indicated; with gram-negative coccal microflora and elevated number of macrophages - metal-composite dentures and with gram-positive coccal microflora - metal-ceramic dentures are contra-indicated.

EFFECT: enhanced prosthetics efficiency due to morphological differentiation between different types of leucocytes and taking into account allergic inflammatory reaction of oral cavity mucosa.
