SUBSTANCE: method of personalised selection for patient of dental implant based on titanium oxide alloys is realised under in vitro conditions by means of test-system of activation of basophils for estimation of allergic reaction to tested material by method of calculation of destroyed basophils in patient's blood. Nanoparticles are preliminarily isolated from the surface of dental implant by incubation in water at temperature 37.2°C for 5 days, after which obtained supernatant is exposed to 35 Hz ultrasound for 10-20 minutes, with the following addition of patient's venous blood and monoclonal antibodies to molecules CD203 and CD294 and re-incubation for 15 minutes. Activation of basophils or its absence is fixed by means of test-system by method of flow cytofluorometry. Obtained results are used to calculate index of activation of basophils, and if obtained ratio of quantity of positive basophils of tested sample to quantity of negative basophils of control sample is lower than 1 or equals 1, said implant is recommended for application.

EFFECT: application of the method makes it possible to predict and eliminate possible allergic reactions by patient's immune system in postoperative period and, therefore, realise individual selection of various alloys of metals and prevention of inflammatory complications in delayed period.
