SUBSTANCE: meter contains vortex-current indicator in form of tablet of spiral windings, excited by high frequency generator, route for phase processing of signal composed from phase shifter, phase detector, low frequency filter, registration device, signal from indicator through amplifier is sent to second input of phase detector, while ration of sensor tablet thickness to average diameter is selected to be 0,15-0,2, and excitation frequency is selected depending of conductivity g of material of shoulder from condition f·g=const.

EFFECT: expanded linearity range of output characteristic and extended allowed gap between sensor and rotor.
