FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the results of acute viral hepatitis B and C: one should implement IR-spectroscopic analysis of patient's blood serum sample in area of 1200-1000 cm-1 at the onset of the disease, at entering a hospital and after the crisis starts. One should detect the heights of the peaks of absorption strips at maximums of 1180; 1165; 1160; 1070; 1060 cm-1 against peak's height at maximums at 1070 cm-1; 1160 cm-1 to 1070 cm-1, 1180 cm-1 to 1060 cm-1 which are coordinates by the axes X, Y and Z, correspondingly. The obtained three-dimensional distribution should be projected into frontal plane to obtain two-dimensional coordinates and refer with the borders of flat standard diagnostic "pictures" of hepatic state (norm, area of "pathology", "recovery). If during the second studying, after the crisis start, the values of the point that characterizes a patient's hepatic state are dislocated from area of "pathology" picture into area of "recovery" picture or norm. Moreover, the risk of timing is absent in this case, otherwise, one should predict the threat for timing of viral hepatitis. The innovation enables to prescribe adequate medicinal preparation in such a case.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
