FIELD: medicine, cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with registering sphygmograms of carotid, ulnar, radial, femoral, tibial arteries and dorsal artery of foot. Their analysis should be carried out in on-line mode followed by special treatment in the course of which one should calculate the main parameters of biomechanics for each artery during every phase of vascular cycle. According to biomechanics parameter it is possible to estimate diagnostic coefficients or logarithm for the ratios of possibilities of two symptoms and their sum. Then it is necessary to compare the data obtained with corresponding diagnostic coefficients that detect the state of norm and disease and according to the results of comparison one should evaluate the state of arterial pathway as a whole.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
