FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopedics and traumatology and can be applied for reconstruction of radial bone defect in children. Epimetadiaphyseal transplant of fibular bone with two sources of blood supply are taken: fibular artery supplying fibula diaphysis and arterial branch diverging from anterior tibial artery feeding fibula epimetaphysis. Transplant is fixed by means of wire on proximal fragment of radial bone. Anastomoses end-in-end are applied between fibular artery and proximal end of radial artery, between artery feeding fibula epimetaphysis and distal end of radial artery, between vein of Epimetadiaphyseal transplant of fibular bone and branch of subcutaneous forearm vein.
EFFECT: method allows to restore radial bone with preservation of growth zone feeding.
