FIELD: metallurgy, namely machines for continuous casting of billets.

SUBSTANCE: rocking mechanism includes supporting frame. Packs of sheet elastic lengthwise guides are secured to said frame by their both ends. Said packs are arranged symmetrically at two sides relative to rocking table secured to centers of their spans, they are placed by two floors along height and have longitudinal symmetry axes convergent to mold rocking axis. Rigidly mounted hydraulic cylinder is arranged vertically in supporting frame symmetrically relative to sheet elastic lengthwise guides along motion line of rocking table. Vertical axis of said hydraulic cylinder and centers of spans of all sheet elastic lengthwise guides are laid in the same plane. Hydraulic cylinder has elongated rod with flexible compensating portion; said rod is joined with rocking table. The last has easily detachable bracket rigidly secured to table and having spring blocks. Said bracket is joined with rod of hydraulic cylinder and with centers of spans of all sheet elastic lengthwise guides and it is provided with sheet elastic lateral guides also secured to supporting frame, mutually spaced along height and arranged across sheet elastic lengthwise guides.

EFFECT: improved reproduction of motion path of mold, enhanced manufacturability and maintainability of mechanism.
