FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to linear displacement electric drive made in form of microstructural device containing flexible ands deformable members. According to invention, at least two single-axis orientated and reliatively electrically insulated flexible continuous electrodes deaturing electrical conductance in at least one axial direction are intercepted by microstructural functional members - interceptors equally spaced and rigidly fixing their relative positions. Full axial length of interceptors is less than period of their arrangement along axis along which electrodes are orientated by preset value. Interceptors, in their turn, contain, each, at least two inductors microstructural formations made of materials featuring higher, relative to ambient medium, and effective values of dielectric and/or magnetic permeability. Inductors are arranged symmetrically at both sides in middle part of axial length of interceptors within which they are attached to electrodes and are brought in contact with at least half of total number of electrodes near places of their attachment, by curvilinear cylindrical surfaces corresponding to common preset profile of wedge-like clearances between inductor and electrodes touching the inductor. Proposed structure in different described versions of make of electrodes, their arrangement relative to inductors and schemes of interconnection of electrodes and their connection with electric energy source makes it possible to create linear displacement electric drives of wide range of power and dimensions, starting from microelectromechanical systems of adaptive optics down to power actuators capable of replacing hydraulic and pneumatic sets.
EFFECT: provision of devices featuring wide functional capabilities.
