FIELD: thermal spraying on engine parts.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in spraying layer of coat material, heat treatment of coat material and spraying of additional layers of the same coat material. Each additional layer is subjected to heat treatment forming necks at points of contact of particles. Coat thus obtained has porosity from 1 to 15 vol-%. Part coated by this method is proposed.
EFFECT: enhanced wear resistance of part, enhanced impact viscosity, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and plasticity.
