FIELD: application of metal adhesive layers by thermal spraying. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes cleaning metal surface for degreasing and removal of oxides at first stage and applying bond at second stage. At third stage, metal adhesive powder is smoothly applied on bond and at fourth stage powder alloy is smoothly applied; particles of powder alloy are lesser than particles of adhesive powder. After drying of bond, heat treatment is performed for soldering. Roughness of adhesive layers thus obtained makes it possible to spray heat-insulating layers of considerable thickness.
