FIELD: canned goods from meat and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes freezing and defrosting of fresh white cabbage; onion cutting followed by roasting thereof in grease; garlic pulping. Abovementioned components are blended with marjoram. Wheat flour is roasted and blended with meat-and-bone broth, CO2-extracts from pyrolysis wood, table salt and black pepper to produce sauce. Fresh meat is cut. Aforementioned components are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
