External surfaces of walls of at least part of noise-and-vibration generating and no-noise parts and/or units, and/or systems are either partially or fully lined with porous noise-absorbing members-panels, linings of covering whose external surface is protected by noise-transparent film.

EFFECT: provision of effective absorption of sound waves of diffuse sound field of car hood space, damping energy of sound waves generated by structural vibrations of walls of noise and vibration generating parts.
