FIELD: polymers, in particular block-copolymer of polyethylene glycol and poly(acidic amino acid) or salt thereof.
SUBSTANCE: claimed block-copolymer is obtained by polyethylene glycol purification using ion exchange resin to produce block-copolymer of purified polyethylene glycol and poly(acidic amino acid). After protective group removing optionally purification is carried out by using of separating/adsorption resin, wherein content of contaminations comprising polyethylene glycol and poly(acidic amino acid) is not more than 10 mass %. Also disclosed are polymer carrier, method for production thereof, polymer pharmaceutical agent and assay for contaminant content.
EFFECT: improved method for contaminant removing; polymer carrier of pharmaceutically acceptable purity.
