SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the pharmaceutical industry, namely a method for producing drug composition such as a poorly water-soluble anticancer agent, antibiotic substance, an antirheumatic agent or an antibacterial agent, and a block copolymer, hydrophilic segment of which is polyethyleneglycol or its derived, and hydrophobic segment is derivative of polyaspartic or polyglutamic acid, which comprises: mixing said medicament and a block copolymer in one or more non-aqueous solvents; mixture heating to temperature of 25°C or higher; and drying by spraying the obtained liquid mixture in the environment of the gas stream at a temperature of 20°C or lower, which is equal to or lower than the melting point of said block copolymer, the resulting composite forms polymeric micelles in water for injection, the particle size of which is 30-150 nm.
EFFECT: invention provides a powder composite with good homogeneity and good affinity for water, and also with the reproducible formation of polymeric micelles when diluted with water for injection.
