FIELD: tsunami control.

SUBSTANCE: complex of installations breaks crest of waves of tsunami due to evaporating the crest or due to shifting layers of water along field of action of laser beams. Complex has orbital and on-round stations. Orbital station is placed on geostationary orbit in point which is projected to the Earth into epicenter of possible arise of tsunami. Orbital station has channel for irradiating tsunami (laser with aerial), channel for detecting tsunami (aerial, receiver, spectral device), channel for striking tsunami (laser, aerial), microprocessor system, unit for laser beams oscillating, channel for radio communication with the Earth (on-ground station) and solar batteries. Continuous observation of preset area of the Earth (3500kmx3500km) is performed due to scanning of laser beam in perpendicular to orbit and along it by means of laser beam oscillating unit. On-ground station controls operation of orbital station.

EFFECT: widened package of measures against tsunami.
