FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: complex comprises orbital and ground stations. Orbital station includes channels of radiation, detection and defeat, and also multiprocessor system. Molecular lasers are used in channels of radiation and defeat. Spectral device that decomposes a signal into spectrum of reflections is used in detection channel. Laser beam swinging unit is used, which swings laser beams perpendicularly and along geostationary orbit of orbital station. Orbital station is equipped with the first transceiver, which is connected by the second antenna switch to transceiver antenna. Ground station includes display with monitor, indicator panel of technical condition and equipment of radio communication channel. Ground station is equipped with the second transceiver connected by the third antenna switch with transceiver antenna.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of tsunami control.
