FIELD: medicine, in particular, anatomy.

SUBSTANCE: according to first version, method involves fixing object; dehydrating in 100%-acetone; providing forced impregnation of object by aqueous bath procedure at temperature of 80-100 C with object thickness of up to 4 cm, three times per 3 hours at 24 hour interval; with object thickness of from 4 cm to 15 cm - five times; with object thickness of from 15 cm to 30 cm - 7-8 times; using composition containing the following component ratio: silicone polymer SX101 (transparent silicone sealant) 3 parts; premix of polyisoprene (rubber-based adhesive) 2 parts; white spirit 1 part, with composition volume being used in the ratio of 1:1 to volume of biological object; wiping and drying object; according to second version, after dehydration, initially impregnating biological object at room temperature with 10%-celloidin solution in 100%-acetone during 14 days; removing excessive solution; providing forced impregnation by aqueous bath procedure similar to that of first version, except that polyisoprene premix is used as polymer material.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method.
