FIELD: training.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of plastination of anatomic preparations for production of both fixed and movable plastinates for producing of demonstration educational medical exhibit items. Preparation dehydration is conducted in acetone, in presence of granular calcium chloride, taken in amount of 10-12% of weight of preparation and impregnation of preparation under vacuum at pressure of 20 mm Hg. For production of fixed plastinates impregnation is carried out using polymer composition, consisting of triglyceride ester polyoxypropylene triol, polyethylene polyamine, acetone in following proportions, wt%: 100:10:7.5 respectively. Volume ratio of components to volume of anatomic preparation is 3:1, then preparation is dried. For making of movable plastinates impregnation is carried out by immersing preparation in polyethylene polyamine, and after extraction and drying in triglyceride ether of polyoxypropylene triol, volume ratio of components to volume of anatomic preparation is 3:1, then preparation is dried.
EFFECT: invention allows to accelerate method of producing plastinates with high degree of ostentation.
