FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, can be used in anatomy, forensic medicine and other areas. The method involves dehydration in a solution containing formalin, potassium chloride, potassium acetate or sodium acetate and water for 4 days of a prepared anatomic preparation, ethanol fixation for 4 days, and vacuum impregnation of the preparation in a solution containing a polymeric composition. Before the impregnation, a surface of the preparation is dried up, and the impregnation is performed in a silicone mould with dimensions exceeding the linear dimensions of the preparation by 15 % and one-third full of the liquid polymeric composition. After the preparation is placed in the mould, it is filled with the polymeric composition completely: two-component liquid plastic presented by CrystalCast-9024 and CrystalCast-9028, to keep the preparation therein under vacuum for 24 hours; the silicone mould is taken out, while the surface of the preparation impregnated with the polymeric composition is ground for the demonstration. The dehydration solution for the anatomic preparation contains, in 1000 ml: formalin - 100 ml; potassium chloride - 5 g; potassium acetate (or sodium acetate) - 30 g; water - the rest.

EFFECT: invention ensures the long-term use of anatomic preparations.
