FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should affect hepatic tissue with Nd-YAG-laser radiation due to percutaneous puncture access under ultrasound control. Energetic impact should be carried out after applying a light guide under ultrasound control towards a desired final point of the impact and evaluating the localization of its working end due to supplying a short-term pilot impulse of laser radiation. Then, at light guide's reciprocation along the canal one should conduct photocoagulation. If pilot impulse illustrates unfavorable localization of light guide's working end its shift should be possible till the moment of achieving the desired localization. The innovation enables to provide visualization of dislocated laser light guide and, thus, decrease the risk of traumatic complications, the lesion of blood vessels and biliary ducts, among them.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
