FIELD: starch and molasses industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing starch suspension and its feeding into capacity of gas-vortex bioreactor followed by heating the suspension to 90-98°C and its fluidizing with the enzyme preparation alpha-amylase. Fluidized mass is cooled to the saccharification point, the enzyme preparation glucoamylase is added into capacity and saccharification of fluidized starch is carried out. The vortex moving of aerating air is created into bioreactor capacity under cover of capacity over surface of starch suspension with the pressure drop between center of air vortex and its peripheral zone in the value 1000-2200 Pa. Processes of fluidizing and saccharification are carried out at stirring the reaction medium by this vortex air flow. After saccharification the prepared hydrolyzate is purified and boiled out to obtain molasses. Invention provides acceleration and simplifying the process by uniform distribution of enzyme preparations in starch suspension and mass to be hydrolyzed.
