FIELD: production of glucose.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes washing of starch, preparation of starch suspension, hydrolysis of starch by dilution of it and saccharification with ferments, filtration and decolorization of syrup with activated coal, concentration and crystallization, centrifugation of massecuite for separation of glucose crystals, drying and packing of glucose. In the course of production of glucose, starch is washed and starch suspension is prepared with the use of distilled water. For hydrolysis of starch at dilution stage, use is made of germicide α-amylase Spezyme LT 300 obtained from genetically modified strain Bacillus amyloquefailus at optimum of action within pH 5.3-5.8. Saccharification is carried out with the use of complex of ferments containing AMG gluco-amylase and pullulanase Promozym. Decolorization is carried out with the aid of activated coal containing water-soluble agents 0.01-0.05% in the amount of 2-5% relative to mass of dry agents of syrup.
