FIELD: engine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, in particular to devices for bench tests of internal combustion engines with forced ignition with liquid and gaseous fuel. Invention can be used for visual demonstration of operation of electronic engine control units, and in particular for monitoring operation of ignition system. According to the invention, a threaded hole is made on top of the tested engine, in which ignition plug 27 is installed with possibility of being removed, connected through a cable to the inputs of ignition coils 28, outputs of which are connected to the input of data processing unit 29, the output of which is connected to the input of electronic control unit 12. By increasing the number of ignition coils, the energy accumulation time of each coil increases, as a result of which the spark plug breakdown voltage increases, which increases its spark discharge.

EFFECT: improved parameters of spark discharges.
