FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: aromatized soluble cream powder comprises base, fats and carbohydrates, and aromatic system including aqueous coffee aroma components and stabilizing amount of soluble solid coffee substances, wherein ratio of aqueous coffee aroma components to solid soluble coffee substances in aromatic system is from 20:1 to 1:1. Presented in description is also method for producing of aromatized soluble cream powder and soluble beverage powder including cream powders.
EFFECT: provision for obtaining of stabilized aqueous coffee aroma and for producing of beverage with improved organoleptical coffee aroma.
