FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, preparing of apple products.
SUBSTANCE: method involves laying components into cavity of cut out apple core, with shelled English walnuts being first laid, then layer of raisin being placed onto layer of walnuts, followed by pouring of condensed milk; baking resultant apple for 7-8 min at temperature of 70 C in microwave oven or oven.
EFFECT: improved gustatory properties, reduced labor intensity and decreased time for preparing of apple-based dish.
