FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, more specifically to production of muesli porridge. Method for preparing muesli porridge involves soaking muesli overnight or adding hot water 10-15 minutes before serving. Finely chopped sweet pepper and circles of aubergines can be added to soaked muesli, sweet pepper and aubergines should be preliminary baked in the oven at the temperature of 180-190 °C. Additionally, parsley and dill can be sprinkled on top of muesli porridge. Finely chopped fried mushrooms can be added to muesli porridge. Fresh finely chopped tomatoes can be added to muesli porridge. Grated cheese can be added to muesli porridge.
EFFECT: proposed muesli porridge has original organoleptic characteristics and a high level of nutrients.
