FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing iliac bone, forming roof above femur head and fixing it with rest. Internal surface of the iliac bone is exposed on the pelvic side and upper edge and lateral fragments of the future roof are traced. Then penetrated osteotomy is carried out along the traced fragment sides through the whole iliac bone wing bulk. It is bent outside with small and medial gluteus muscle fragments attached to it. Outside fixation is carried out with rest member manufactured as allobone shaft having pedicle and fork on different ends. The pedicle is introduced into opening in the upper roof fragment edge and the fork thrusts against the upper iliac bone window boundary formed after having done the penetrated osteotomy.
EFFECT: reliable operation results; prevented bone fragment resorption.
