FIELD: hydraulic building, particularly for permitting fish passage through support structures to fish hatchery and growth areas.
SUBSTANCE: fish pass comprises fish passing canal with rectangular basin having inlet part connected with lower pool and outlet part connected with upper pool of hydrosystem. Fish pass also has fish-guiding means formed as roughness members installed on fish passing canal bottom and defining swimming-in orifices between roughness member edges and fish passing canal basin sides. Roughness members are installed along sinusoidal curve in top view and are symmetric about fish passing canal axis so that water-ways are created in-between. Upper edges of roughness members are submersed in water. Fish-guiding means are discretely arranged along fish passing canal provided with additional roughness members. The additional roughness members are made as shelves cantilevered from canal basin sides and extending for the full fish passing canal length. The additional roughness members are submersed in water.
EFFECT: possibility to create effective hydraulic conditions for excessive kinetic flow energy dissipation.
