FIELD: production of canned goods from meat and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: fresh white cabbage is shredded and frost. Fresh green paprika is cut. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with desiccated onion, desiccated garlic, red chilly, black pepper, marjoram, caraway, tomato paste, acetic acid, pork fat, sour cream, sugar, salt, and rice flour. Meat and spec are cut and roasted in pork fat. Rice is roasted in pork fat. Vegetable mixture, meat and spec, rice and bone broth are successively pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: target product with increased nutrient value.
