FIELD: combination type mechanisms with complex motion of outlet links, possibly used for maintaining machines, machine tools, different designation apparatuses.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes transfer mechanism with outlet link and actuating mechanism with driving link in the form of fixed contour follower and with outlet links; drive unit. Outlet links of actuating mechanism are provided with jaws for gripping articles and they are jointly connected with outlet link of transfer mechanism. Transfer mechanism is in the form of jointed-leverage ladder type mechanism having at least two paired rocker arms; its outlet link may perform plane-parallel motion. Paired rocker arms have the same length; one end of each rocker arm is jointly coupled with strut and its other end is coupled with outlet link. Distances between articulation joints of strut and outlet link are the same.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of apparatus for handling articles that may be moved only in horizontal position.
