FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed manipulator relates to devices intended for servicing the cars, machine tools, presses and other equipment. The proposed manipulator contains the transfer mechanism, actuator jaws to clamp the products and the drive. The transfer mechanism represents a lever-type multilink including articulated crank, rod, rocker, rotary guide, end link and rack. Note here that the said end link is articulated with the rod and rocker and coupled with the said rotary guide, in its turn, articulated with the rack. The actuator represents multilink lever-cam mechanism with a driving member made by the transfer mechanism end link, end members with clamping jaws and a fixed master cam with shaped grooves for interaction with end links. End parts of the actuator are articulated with the transfer mechanism end link.
EFFECT: compact manipulator, increased efficiency, expanded performances.
