FIELD: mechanical engineering; measuring pneumatic facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for measuring roughness (surface finish) of hole surfaces. Proposed device consists of two pneumatic measuring instruments connected with sensitive element in form of pneumatic measuring plug gauge with system of measuring nozzles made in form of two pairs of opposite measuring nozzles, each being connected with separate pneumatic measuring instrument. Intermediate spring-loaded contacts are arranged opposite to one pair of measuring nozzles. Outer surface of spring-loaded contacts engages with surface to be checked, and inner surface forms measuring clearances with nozzles. Second pair of measuring nozzles forms measuring clearance directly with surface to be checked.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of checking and adjusting, elimination of errors in location.
