FIELD: pneumatic measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: device for measuring roughness of surfaces of openings has cylindrical case with basing and guiding members. Case has measuring nozzle connected with pneumatic measuring device. Measuring device is additionally provided with clamping system. Basing and guiding members are made in form of point supports set apart along length tested opening to form initial measuring gap between surface of opening and edges of nozzle. Clamping system has at least one spring-loaded member disposed at the same generator with guiding supports. Device can be provided with two measuring nozzles disposed at same cross-section in direct vicinity from basing supports which are connected by common communication line with pneumatic measuring device. Pneumatic measuring device can be made in form of pneumatic-electronic device which has measuring chamber and indicator with digital and limit scales or in form of high-pressure air caliper gauge-type pneumatic range finder.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement of roughness.
