SUBSTANCE: device for measuring diametre of holes consists of a measuring device connected by a communication line to a cylindrical measuring plug, fitted with a system of measuring nozzles oppositely lying on opposite guides of the plug in line with each other. The measuring plug is fitted on a support attached to the base with a basing surface for mounting the controlled component. The axis of the plug is parallel to the basing surface of the base and lie at a distance from the said surface which is equal to the nominal distance from the axis of the control opening to the basing surface. The axis of the measuring nozzles is perpendicular to the base surface. One nozzle is directed towards the base surface and the other in the opposite direction. The measuring device has two pneumo-electronic measurement channels connected to the measuring nozzles.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measuring diametre of holes with orange-peel defect and distance of the axis of the hole from the base surface of the control component.
