FIELD: measuring pneumatic technique.
SUBSTANCE: device for measuring roughness of openings' surfaces has pneumatic measuring device connected with pneumatic measuring plug, which has nozzle and support surfaces made in form of at least one point stationary support disposed onto first generator of measuring plug; at east one point stationary support disposed onto second generator of measuring plug and at least one spring-loaded support disposed onto third generator of measuring plug moved apart from first and second generators of measuring plug by angle of 90 degrees and more. Stationary supports protrude over surface of measuring plug to provide safe measuring gap between measuring plug and surface to be inspected. Support surfaces can be also made in form of two stationary point supports disposed onto first generator of measuring plug and of two point stationary supports disposed onto second generator of measuring plug and of at least one spring-loaded support disposed onto third generator of measuring plug being equidistant relatively first and second generators. Measuring plug can have several measuring nozzles mounted in direct vicinity of stationary supports, for example, at the same plane being perpendicular to axis of plug or at the same generator of measuring plug; supports are connected by integral pneumatic communication line with measuring device. Pneumatic measuring device can be made in form of pneumatic-electronic device or in form of pneumatic high-pressure rotameter-type length measuring device.
EFFECT: elimination of error in basing; improved sensitivity; improved precision of measurement.
