FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: device has illumination laser and light splitter mounted on path of probing radiation. Collimator and objective with focal length, which equals to doubled distance between light splitter and holder of tested electro-optic device, are mounted between illumination laser and light splitter on path of probing laser radiation. Laser radiation attenuator is disposed between light splitter and photoreceiver on the way of radiation derived from tested one of electro-optic device. Transmission factor of laser radiation attenuator equals to squared relation of objective's focal length to doubled length of simulated route of measurement. Device provides almost total elimination of systematic error arose due to curve in wave front of probing radiation within aperture plane of electro-optic device.

EFFECT: widened dynamic range of measurement; improved precision of measurement; elimination of negative effect of radiation reflected from route's imitator optical system.
