SUBSTANCE: method comprises making two identical specimens made of a conducting substrate having insulating polymeric coating, selecting an area by cutting groove throughout the depth of the polymeric layer over the periphery of the area, providing the selective area with the electrolytic cell whose anode overlaps the groove and provides cathode polarization of the specimen for a given time at a given temperature, and determining the specific force of peeling of the coating in the area.
