SUBSTANCE: information carrier contains layer, carrying information, metallic layer, protective layer of electro-isolation material, a layer of electro-conductive material. Aforementioned system consists of information carrier made in form of disk and device, made with possible optical reading of information from recording device of aforementioned carrier. Substrate contains a layer of conductive ink, glue layer and has aperture with diameter, appropriate for diameter of information carrier, meant for attachment to aforementioned carrier. Method describes process for manufacturing aforementioned information carrier.
