SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. The method for the handover procedure includes establishing a connection with the source network node of the first base network; receiving a radio resource control layer (RRC) message, including an information element indicating the second base network associated with the target network node; applying security parameters based on the second base network specified in the information element; and performing a handover for the target network node using the applied security parameters. In the RRC connection reconfiguration procedure, an indicator is provided indicating to the UE the base network of the target network node, so that the UE can recognize that it is an intersystem handover and apply the appropriate security parameters to perform the handover without additional transmission of service signals.

EFFECT: enabling the UE to correctly perform the transfer of service between EPC and 5GC.
