FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely fresh beet grating, fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing, garlic pulping, white roots cutting and blanching, cutting of onion, beef, goose, pork, spec, and gardenstuff. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt, sour beet, CO2-extract from pyrolysis wood and chilly pepper. Bread kvass is boiled and cooled. Obtained mixture and kvass are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
