FIELD: transport engineering; propulsive devices.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention, pneumatic crawler propulsive device of vehicle contains load-bearing platform with transmitting rolls, roll drive, excess pressure source and pneumatic envelope. Pneumatic envelope, being water-and-air tight, is exposed to gauge pressure. Load-bearing platform with transmission rollers is arranged inside said envelope for hovering over surface of movement providing travel of vehicle owing to rolling to transmitting rolls along inner surface of pneumatic envelope. Propulsive device contains at least one external roll installed outside pneumatic envelope and resting on said envelope.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of pneumatic envelope, reduced requirement s to breaking strength.
