FIELD: construction industry; construction materials industry; methods of production of the monolithic non-metallic construction products and materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry and construction materials industry, in particular to the method of production the monolithic non-metallic construction products and materials for construction of the structures, in particular, bedplates, supports for technical structures, pillars, pedestals. Using the melt of the non-metallic materials fill in the mold, and the non-metallic materials after filling-up the molds are treated with water. The water delivery onto the cooled castings is exercised by pulses as the water expulsion the process of its{her} transpiration and on to the different places of the casting. They start to feed the water onto the casting at the temperature of the casting surface of 900-1100°C, and stop to do it at the surface temperature of the casting is 300-400°C. Such chilling of the non-metallic casting allows to form the directional crystallization of the material and to produce the fine-grain structure. The invention allows to achieve the indices of the high strength, hardness and wear resistance of the non-metallic materials.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the non-metallic materials of the high strength, the high hardness and wear resistance.
