FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises flexible shell composed of cylindrical and face sections that are made of rubber-record material. The face sections of the shell are provided with flanges that receive branch pipe whose diameter is equal to 0.35-0.65 of the outer diameter of the cylindrical section of the flexible shell. The shell is connected with the tube for supplying compressed air or liquid under pressure.
