FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: elastic casing 1 consists of cylinder 2 and of two end parts 3. In a wall of the cylinder part 2 there is an orifice with a sleeve rigidly fixed in the wall of cylinder part 2. The sleeve has internal thread wherein there is vertically fastened branch 6 of 0.05-0.3 of diametre of the pipeline. Elastic casing 1 is installed into pipeline 8 at vertical position of branch 6 in pipeline 8. Branch 6 is run through orifice in the wall of pipeline 8 and is fastened on pipeline 8. The elastic casing is pumped with compressed air to a complete pressurisation of pipeline 8.
EFFECT: increased safety of operation at installation of elastic casing into pipeline, simplification of design and increased reliability of elastic casing fixture.
